3. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example website hosting, form handling, email and accounting providers — under contracts requiring them to protect it, or where the law requires. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client and invoicing records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
7. Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked us to, or if you are an existing client and we are telling you about similar services — and you can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Changes
We may update this notice. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
